About 66.7% of cities in China are short of water and lack of water resources.On the contrary,most regions in China have abundant rainfall,and most of them have stagnant water when the rainy season comes.This kind of contradiction of water shortage and waterlogging causes me to think about the management of rain and flood.I have consulted a large number of domestic and foreign documents on rain flood management,books and materials.In this paper,the author chooses the subject of utilization of rainwater resources in urban parks from the perspective of low impact development,and studies how to realize the "sponge" of parks and resources Rain Water in its plots.Taking Beihai Park as an example,from the view of construction idea,construction technology and model simulation,the author proves that the park built with low impact development mode is of great significance to Rain Water's resource utilization and urban waterlogging mitigation.First of all,through the collection of data,the author fully studied the low-impact development model,and through the comparison of cases,the author studied the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional park and low-impact development model in rain flood management.Through analysis and comparison,the function of Rain Water collected by traditional parks is not obvious,and a large number of Rain Water can not be infiltrated and saved,thus it cannot effectively realize the resource-use of Rain Water.However,the control rate of Rain Water in the urban park under the low impact development mode can reach85-90%,which increases the infiltration of a large amount of Rain Water and recharge the groundwater.Rain Water,who collects and stores it,can use it as water for municipal management within the park,thereby reducing its contribution to fresh water The use of sources.Through the study of urban park construction under the low impact development mode,it can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the construction of related projects.The construction of urban parks under low impact development mode is of great significance to promote the construction of sponge cities in China.In order to fully prove that the park construction under the low impact development mode can effectively control Rain Water and utilize it as a resource,the author also simulated Beihai Park with SWMM model.The model was generated by Chicago rain generating software with a recurrence period of 1a ?5a ? 10 a ?20a rainfall data.When the project water catchment area is generalized,the parameters areset,and then the model is run and the data is output.After the analysis of the output data,the results show that after the addition of LID facilities in the plot,the runoff coefficient has been reduced by 67 %?65%?65 %?64 %,respectively,and the total runoff volume has been reduced by 52 %? 50%?49%?49% respectively under different recurrence periods.Therefore,we can see that the low impact development facility can effectively reduce the total runoff,which is of great significance to alleviate the surface water accumulation,the pressure of municipal pipe network and the utilization of Rain Water.
