The Rhodamine B fluorescence materials have the characteristics of large molar absorption coefficient,high fluorescence quantum yield,good optical stability and so on,thus becoming the leader of organic small molecule luminescent materials.In this paper,the RBEA and RBFF are designed by using rhodamine B as raw material,and the RBFF and carbon nitride quantum dots are combined to construct a double emitting fluorescent material[RBFF-Fe3+]@CNQD.Several fluorescent luminescent materials have been successfully prepared and can be used in the detection of metal ions.The details are as follows:In this paper,RBEA was prepared by the condensation reaction of rhodamine B and ethylenediamine.RBEA and furfural occurred in the condensation reaction of aldehyde amine,then reduced by sodium borohydride and purified to obtain the visible luminescent material of RBFF.The ultraviolet-visible and fluorescence spectra tests revealed that:In anhydrous ethanol/ultrapure water(1:2,v/v;0.1 mM HEPES;pH 7.30)solvent system,RBEA vs Fe3+ is made fast complexing response,and the fluorescence enhancement of RBEA reaches 700 times,and the detection limit is 0.340 ?M;In anhydrous ethanol/ultrapure water(1:1,v/v,HEPES,1 mM,pH 7.20)mixed solution,RBFF can be complexed with Fe3+ to achieve the "turn on" effect of fluorescence,and the addition of B4O72-can make some Fe3+ complexed with RBFF dissociate from[RBFF-Fe3+],resulting in quenching of fluorescence.Fluorescence imaging in HeLa cells shows that RBEA and RBFF can detect Fe3+ in living cells.The high temperature forging of urea was sintered in the phase of carbon nitride(BCN),the graphite phase carbon nitride quantum dots(CNQD)was obtained by ethylene glycol modification and the ultrasonic treatment,and the final double emitting fluorescent luminescent material[RBFF-Fe3+]@CNQD was blended with[RBFF-Fe3+].[RBFF-Fe3+]@CNQD has the specificity of silver ions.In addition,the CNQD was placed in HeLa cells,and a strong blue point was found.It is found that this material has the potential to be used in cell fluorescent labeling.
