Bayan Hushuo Town is located in the eastern part of East Wuzhumqin Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It belongs to the management area of Wulagai and is an important export for the Northeast of Ximeng and even the autonomous region.With the development of economy and exploitation of tourism by mining,the demand for water resources is increasing year by year,so the exploitation and utilization of water resources must be scientific and prudent.In this paper,we have studied the existing data comprehensively,Groundwater resources evaluation and potential analysis of Quaternary Groundwater Resources in this area are analyzed,reasonable mining proposals are put forward,prediction of environmental geological problems in mining process,it provides the basis for the groundwater exploitation in Bayan Hushuo Town,and provides the technical support for the future urban construction and economic development.The Quaternary diving aquifer is mainly uniform distributed in valley and valley plain area,the phreatic aquifer is composed of Quaternary Holocene,upper Pleistocene medium sand,coarse sand and gravelly sand,the thickness is 2-15m;The water abundance of aquifer is closely related to the lithology,structure and thickness of aquifer,overall performance is from upstream to downstream,from hilly to Central Valley,water enrichment is enhanced.There are 9 recharge boundaries in the south,East and north of the study area,and the western side is the groundwater discharge and drainage boundary;There are 3 items of replenishment:recharge of atmospheric precipitation,recharge of surface water and runoff supply,the main direction of runoff is from east to west,from north to south side to intermediate runoff;There are 3 items of excretion:groundwater evaporation,runoff discharge and artificial mining.In the research area,quaternary diving storage is 19.14×10~8m~3,the amount of recoverable resources is 2107.40×10~4m~3/a,belongs to mining potential and potential.
