Plaster has always taken an important position in Traditional Chinese medicine field,because of its small side effects,easy to carry and other advantages,and it has a very wide range of applications in our daily life.With the development of the society,the quality of the ointment products are also getting higher and higher,and pharmacopoeia specifies the amount of plaster on the per unit area.Therefore,we need a measurement method of plaster content.However,most of the traditional detection methods are not accurate enough,or poor real-time.So this paper puts forward an online measurement method based on the characteristics of the plaster.Based on the existing measurement methods,this paper put forword a method of measuring the amount of plaster.It use the two-dimensional laser galvanometer scanning system to cut a sample in the plaster coating production line and weigh it.Designed the core components of the measurement system,namely two-dimensional laser galvanometer scanning and cutting system.Selected device according to the system requirements,and set up the experimental system.Analyzed and corrected various distortion of the galvanometer.Conducted an experimental study.The two-dimensional laser galvanometer scanning control system was used to do the synchronous and no-deformation cutting experiment.Analyzed the experimental results,identified deficiencies and improve them.After testing,this system meet the error requirements.
