The substrates, enzymes, and products of the oxidases-based biocatalytic systems play very important roles in the process of body growth and metabolism. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a serious of research methods for this system. In this paper,a kind of micelle nanoparticles loaded with chemiluminescence active materials is developed for the detection of the related substances in the oxidases-based biocatalytic systems. The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,a kind of micellar nanoparticle is synthesized by using the PF127,an triblock polymer,as the amphiphilic molecules and the peroxide oxalate and rubrene as the chemiluminescence active materials. The peroxide oxalate and rubrene are entrapped inside the micelle by hydrophobic interaction and the hydrophilic chains of PF127 are extended to the aqueous solution. Then the hydrophilic micelle nanoparticles are formed, which can be stable in the aqueous solution. In order to increase the stability of the micelle nanoparticles, silica packaging is performed on the layer of the micelle nanoparticles.Secondly, the micelle nanoparticles are used for the detection of glucose oxidase-based biocatalytic system and choline oxidase-based biocatalytic systems.Because imidazole has a good catalytic effect on peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence system,a certain concentration of imidazole is added during the detection process. When the imidazole is added at a concentration of 5 mmol/L,there is a good linear relationship between the chemiluminescent integrated signal and the glucose concentration in the range of 0.025-0.5 mmol/L and the choline concentration in the range of 0.01-0.5 mmol/L shows a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescent integrated signal. When the imidazole is added at a concentration of 50 mmol/L,the glucose concentration shows a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescent signal at 30 s in the range of 0.01-2.5 mmol/L.The choline concentration in the range of 0.0025-1 mmol/L shows a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescent signal at 30 s.In addition, the influence of interfering instances in the proposed strategy is investigated and the results show that the method has good selectivity. The actual samples of glucose and choline are respectively detected by using serum samples and milk powder samples and the results indicate that this method can be applied to the detection of complex samples.
