Three types of forest resources surveys,also called forest job design surveys,are techniques for studying the theory and methods for measuring and obtaining information on forest resources in forest areas.In terms of management content and technical means,China's forest resources information has undergone tremendous changes after more than 60 years of efforts.However,today,many forestry grass-roots departments are still lagging behind due to factors such as cost,method,and technology,and data collection and management methods are still lagging behind.For example,the results of field surveys cannot be automatically calculated and aggregated,and then returned to the internal industry for manual statistical calculations.The survey data was recorded on paper cards,lack of automatic review of survey design data,lack of unified drafting of design results,and tabulation specifications.Therefore,how to use modern technology means to complete three types of survey work quickly,accurately,in real time,efficiently,and at low cost can not only improve the scientific and rationality of the planning and design of forest land,but also accelerate the construction of forestry resources in China.This paper aims at the current status of three types of survey techniques in China and adopts a combination of theory and practice to study the specific problems in the collection and processing of the three types of survey data in actual work to improve the accuracy of data and work efficiency.The main contents include:(1)The application of "3S"(RS,GPS,GIS)technology in three types of investigations was studied.RS subdistrict planning can reduce the intensity of three types of fieldwork;based on GPS positioning,GPS is added to CORS systems in three types of survey areas to ensure the accuracy of three types of surveys while continuing to improve the precision of field positioning and navigation;aiming at the spatial retrieval of the three types of surveying massive data,a spatial index model suitable for the three survey data was studied.(2)Researched the key problems in the three types of investigations and proposed improvement programs.Using the advantage of the tablet computer,the automatic layout of field small class survey samples was achieved,which reduced the intensity of field investigation work.According to the phenomenon of differences in the timber volume tables of different forest farms,an automatic calculation model for small class sizes of different forest farms was designed to achieve automatic calculation of factors.Increased software versatility.(3)On the basis of theoretical research,the research needs and technical specifications of the three types of forest resources investigation work were analyzed.Using C#and C++development languages,combined with ArcGIS Engine component technology and database technology,three types of investigations of mobile and desktop were designed and implemented.The system was used and the application examples were tested and analyzed using the Nanxun Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province,which successfully completed the expected goals.
