This issue briefly introduces structure and working principle of wave energy conversion device directly desalination system based on the swing plate. Taking theoretical analysis on plate suffered by the force under the wave conditions. According to actual coastal wave conditions, select the appropriate pendulum board size. And using FLUENT software simulates various wave parameters hem plate movement device to verify the availability of wave energy desalination systems needed to power the normal work requirements. To this end, the paper carries out the following sections of the research:(1) Designing a new direct use of wave energy for desalination device system, and briefly introducing the structure of seawater desalination system components and working principle.(2) Proposing the design of "hydraulic energy - Diaphragm - high pressure water" energy conversion system, as well as the components and working principle of the introduction.(3) Anglicizing the force Suffered by plate, establishing differential equations pendulum swing plate.(4) Taking fluent software to numerical simulate the swing plate. This study uses incident wave velocity potential method to make waves numerically. And numerical simulating swing board's motion state in different wave parameters. The paper gets pendulum plate rotation angle around the axis and force of the rotating shaft torque curve with time and makes a useful exploration for plate wave energy conversion device.(5) Comparison of trapezoidal and rectangular plate pendulum swing motion state board. And calculate the size of the second power output and energy conversion efficiency. Analogy test results with tilting wave power test results. Further make a brief analysis of the efficiency for wave energy of entire plant system. Finally physical model tests for the next step basis...
