With the the construction of 5G network,the output of dispersion compensating fiber will increase greatly.But the compensation rate of traditional dispersion compensating fiber is low,and it is difficult to meet the needs of communication.Although the compensation rate of dispersion compensating microstructure fiber is high,most of them are air hole-quartz structure,which is difficult to fabricate.Hence,it is the most important thing to accelerate the study of all solid microstructure dispersion compensated fiber,which is to accelerate the process of achieving industrialization.In this paper,we proposes a fiber with different dispersion compensation characteristics by the mode coupling mechanism of dual concentric core all solid microstructure fiber.The main contents include:First,we briefly introduce the research background and significance of the project,and the classification,simulation methods and preparation methods of microstructure fiber are briefly introduced.Then the design and research of dual concentric core dispersion compensating microstructure fiber both at home and abroad are introduced in detail.Second,mode field distribution of the fundamental supermode and second order supermode and the relationship between the effective refractive index of the mode and wavelength are studied by using the multipole method,using the mode coupling theory to expound the reasons of dispersion compensation.The relationship between the coupling process and the parameters,and the influence of the variation of the parameters on the phase matching wavelength shift of the fundamental supermode and the supermode coupling strength of the innercore and outercore are obtained.Third,based on the condition of 1550 nm dispersion compensation,design a dual concentric core dispersion compensating all solid microstructure fiber with large negative dispersion value at 1550 nm.And a modified 1550 nm dual concentric core dispersion compensating all solid microstructure fiber is proposed after the theoretical calculation of the influence of the fabrication error on the dispersion characteristics.At the same time,the error of optical fiber design is analyzed,which provides some guidance significance for optical fiber preparation.Finally,based on the condition of the broadband dispersion compensation,this paper proposes a new method to manage the dispersion compensation bandwidth and residual dispersion by controlling the number and position of kappa matched wavelength,designed a broadband dispersion compensation dual concentric core all solid microstructure fiber in entire 1460~1565nm wavelength range,and gives the steps of the design experience the kind of fiber.
