From the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012,the strategic target of "building a great power of the ocean" was put forward by the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.China's marine equipment technology has developed rapidly,and the 2018 nineteen reports have also made clear that "adhere to the overall planning of land and sea and speed up the construction of a marine power".In order to study underwater operations,the safety and reliability for deep sea exploration equipment and deep-sea operating submersibles are required.Therefore,it is necessary to do pressure test in the process of equipment development.Pressure test based on pressure simulation test device means simulate the pressure environment for underwater operation equipment to test the function.Pressure simulation test device has high repeatability and easy operation feature.Reducing development funds on the premise of reliability and success rate to get complete test data.The deep science and technology research center of Shanghai Ocean University is committed to the development of deep sea equipment in the whole sea.Currently,there are 4 pressure simulation testing devices.but the simulated whole deep sea pressure simulation test device made from pure steel material is completely closed in the process of simulating high pressure environment.Except for the pressure gauge display the pressure in the current device,there is no observation window or any other data information for the tester to monitor the test process,basically in the "black box" state.In this way,in order to prevent the tested object been breakdown due to insufficient pressure,often appear "dare to fight" and "repeatedly fight",or the tested object is destroyed,bring about the great loss of human,material,financial and time.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the function of the deep sea pressure simulator,through integrated automatic control technology,computer technology and communication technology to developing a set of real-time monitoring system for full sea deep pressure simulation test device.(1)This thesis has introduced the research significance,application fields and problems of the real-time monitoring system for full-ocean-depth simulation test device.At the same time,the control system and monitoring software of this system have been described in the research and application situation.Moreover,there is almost no monitoring system for deep pressure simulation test device in China,and its research and development is still in infancy.(2)The design of the whole structure of the monitoring system of the pressure simulation test device is carried out.Firstly,the overall composition of the monitoring system of the pressure simulation test device is introduced,including internal control structure design and hardware architecture design.Secondly,the communication mechanism of the monitoring system of the pressure simulation test device is introduced,including the transmission of data and video signals using the RS-485 half-duplex bus and the video signal PAL.(3)This thesis has introduced hardware circuit design e for pressure monitoring system.Including the selection of the main control unit,the design of the input & output module and the design of the underwater lamp driving circuit.Then,the model parameters of the relevant circuit devices are given.(4)The software design method of the monitoring system of pressure simulation test device is carried out.According to the software requirement analysis,using UML modeling tools to design the monitor the software architecture,and constructs static and dynamiec models for the system monitoring software.On the basis of UML modular programming,Visual C++6.0 software development environment is adopted,and the objectoriented C++ development language is used for man-machine interface.The video surveillance function,the development of data display function,realized the performance monitoring and pressure data monitoring of the pressure simulation test device,and completed the development of the corresponding module function.Finally,the whole pressure simulation test device monitoring system platform was tested and verified.The test proves that the monitoring system of the pressure simulation test device can effectively monitor the test process of the pressure simulation test device and display the relevant parameters in real time.In addition,the pressure test process can be controlled automatically.In summary,the monitoring system of the pressure simulation test device designed and developed in this thesis fully meets the design requirements,effectively solves the invisible defects in the test process of the pressure simulation test device,and the software has strong real-time performance and stable performance.
