Distributed energy,takes into account two factors such as energy saving and environmental protection and breaks the traditionally single heating supply or cooling supply,is the best way to adjust the energy structure and has a broad market of application prospect.Organic Rankine cycle(ORC)can produce electric energy and heat energy together by utilizing the low-grade heat sources such as solar energy,biomass energy and industrial waste heat.It plays an important role in energy conservation and emission reduction because it’s advantages of high efficiency,less investment and friendly environment.However,it is mainly used in large scale system in practical use.There are still many theoretical and engineering problems that need to be solved in small-scale applications.In this paper,a small distributed energy system based on ORC system is proposed,and based on the power load that characteristics of the household’s electricity.Firstly,based on the ORC’s structure and the law of thermodynamics of ORC,the mathematical model of the system components and the evaluation model of the system were established at the MATLAB.According to the circulation conditions of the small ORC,the thermodynamic properties of three kinds of commonly used single component R123,R113 and R245 fa are compared and analyzed.It showns that under the same cyclic conditions,the variation of the net output power produced by the Rankine cycle of the three kinds of working fluids is not much different,and the R245 fa is the most suitable medium for the use of the small ORC.Then,the optimization research of distributed energy system based on ORC is launched.Based on the ORC system,the battery energy storage technology is introduced to optimize the system structure and smooth the power output of ORC.According to the real-time changing load requirements,the optimization algorithm of dynamic programming is used to optimize the system parameters,and the optimal working parameters of the optimized system in the cycle process are obtained.The results show that the dynamic programming optimization algorithm can be used as an efficient energy management method under the coordination of the energy storage system.The average efficiency of the distributed energy system based on ORC can be increased from 14.86%、13.25%、15.06%、12.72% to 73.57%、65.30%、74.21%、64.64%,and the purpose of optimization is achieved.
