Abstract/Summary:
With the development of technology and science,the degree of precision of electronic devices increasingly high,and they are also increasingly sensitive to ESD.Therefore,we need to further explore the rules and characteristics of ESD,improve the ESD testing method and the ESD testing standards to meet the needs of production and life.For the description of contact ESD current waveform,this article uses the double RLC electrical structure of BMM to construct a contact discharge circuit of ESD generator.The numerical analysis of differential equation group describing the characteristics of ESD circuit is carried out by Adams prediction-correction method,and the current waveform in accordance with the standard specification is obtained.In addition,the Adams prediction-correction method is also used for the numerical calculation of the 5th-order BMM-ESD loop discharge current.The current waveform obtained by the simulation not only conforms to the waveform parameter specification,but also reflects the parasitic oscillation phenomenon in the measured waveform.In view of the noise interference of the measured ESD current waveform,this article combines wavelet analysis and adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm for denoising analysis of ESD current waveform.In order to know the effect of wavelet denoising,a noise-added ESD current signal model was established,and the denoising performance of the wavelet denoising method was analyzed on this model to determine the wavelet function and decomposition level suitable for ESD current waveform denoising.The measure ESD current waveform is preprocessed by wavelet threshold denoising,and then the adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm is introduced to do the optimization processing to achieve the purpose of noise reduction.In practical applications,non-contact ESD is the most frequent discharge phenomenon,which can cause damage and interference to electronic devices.In order to explore the influence of air pressure and electrode moving speed on discharge current parameters,this article discusses the internal mechanism of the two factors effect with methods of theoretical deduction and experimental verification from a microscopic perspective.Above research contents can provide a useful reference for further research on the rules and characteristics of ESD.
