In 2004,Hebei began to carry out agricultural geological survey,the purpose is to identify the ecological geochemical environment in Hebei Province,and provide the basis for agricultural planning.In this paper,undulating plains of Bashang Plateau in northwestern weichang without involved in the province's agricultural geological survey as the study area,field soil samples were collected and tested combined with the geological features in the region and soil types.According to the test results,mathematical statistics using various software,the geochemical characteristics of shallow soil in the study area were analyzed by GIS platform,then evaluate the soil heavy metal pollution and nutrient levels in the study area,and provide scientific basis for the agricultural production and environmental governance.The main results of this research are as follows:1.Compared with the background values of heavy metals in soils of Hebei plain and China,the content of heavy metals in the study area is at a low level,basically maintained at the level of natural background.the distribution characteristics of heavy metals are mainly related to geological and geomorphological factors,the influence of human factors is small.2.The single factor index method and comprehensive index method are used to evaluate the soil quality in the study area.The results show that the soil environmental quality of the study area is excellent.It can be used in the National Nature Reserve(except for the heavy metal content in the original background),centralized drinking water source,tea garden,pasture and so on.3.By studying the selenium elements related to human health closely.The results are as follows: the research area of selenium content is only 0.032-0.11mg/kg,it is seriously deficient in selenium.The reason may be related to the type of parent rock and supergene geochemical environment.4.The evaluation of soil nutrient level showed that the comprehensive nutrient level of the study area was poor.It is suggested that effective soil fertilization management should be carried out in this area to improve soil nutrient level.
