Wind tunnel test is the main means to carry out research on aerodynamics,correct prediction of wind tunnel test data not only affect the actual flight performance of aircraft,but also related to the development of the quality and level of the aircraft,determines the performance of a wind tunnel.Wind tunnel test of wind tunnel test is the most common,is to force balance measurement are obtained under different state model of aerodynamic test model in the wind tunnel,the aerodynamic force balance from the coordinate system to coordinate the process flow,because the error model of attitude angle measurement to the aerodynamic force the coefficient of error,this error can be accounted for by the aerodynamic coefficients of the total error of 25% under some conditions.Therefore,the attitude angle measurement technology is the basis of obtaining high precision pneumatic test data.The existing methods for measuring the attitude angles of the wind tunnel test model include the measurement of the angle of attack sensor,the nominal angle of attack of the mechanism,the modification of the elastic angle and the optical non-contact measurement.The existing domestic production of high speed wind tunnel is the most temporary flushing type wind tunnel flow field,the early establishment of the impact of large,jitter test model significantly,engineering application of accelerometer and optical non-contact measurement and test model of attitude angle measurement methods caused a lot of difficulties.Therefore,the attitude angle of the wind tunnel test model is obtained by using the nominal attitude angle and the elastic angle correction method in several transonic supersonic wind tunnels of the China Aerodynamics Research and development center.Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the support system of the wind tunnel test model,according to the influence of the elastic angle,it can be divided into linear structure and nonlinear connection.For the linear structure,the finite element analysis software is used to solve the elastic coefficient.The effect of top round limit,sliding bearing connection and connection of elastic cone angle,based on elastic mechanics,Hertz contact theory,Winkler model and impact dynamics method,the elastic angle correction factor model,the result is in contact with the finite element analysis method comparison.Based on the theory of TRIZ innovative design,a set of fast and effective field calibration device for transverse elastic angle is designed.Finally,the error of the elastic angle correction coefficient method in this paper is verified by the field calibration of the elastic angle of the support system.
