Wind tunnel test is mainly to obtain the aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft,which is an important link in the development process of aircraft.The high angle of attack test device is the basic equipment to obtain aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft at high angle of attack.The angle of attack and sideslip angle of the test model are achieved by the control system of the test device.On the basis of understanding the research and development status of the high angle of attack test system at domestic and abroad,the function and composition of the test device are analyzed.Combined with the development of modern servo control system,the control system scheme based on PLC controller,AC servo motor and AC servo driver is adopted as the core component.According to the nonlinear characteristics of mechanical transmission structure,adopts the servo control method based on virtual axis,in order to reduce the following error,design a hybrid control strategy of speed feedforward proportional control algorithm and Bang-Bang control algorithm combining.In order to improve the positioning accuracy,the subsection PID control algorithm is adopted in the positioning control stage,which makes the system not only meet the smaller tracking error,but also have higher control accuracy.With STEP7 as the development platform,the configuration and control program of the PLC system is designed,and the following control and positioning control functions are realized.With Labwindows/CV as the software development platform,the monitoring software of the host computer is developed,and the network communication and control with the test management machine are realized.Finally,the whole system is debugged,and the functions and technical indexes are verified by experiment.
