After more than half a century of development,China's aerospace industry has made remarkable achievements.In the aerospace field,more and more complex mechanical structures have also emerged.Beams,as the simplest structure,have been extensively combined with each other.Applications.The folding structures in folding wing aircrafts,space robots,and solar panels are all closely related to the composite beam structure.During the orbital spacecraft operation,it will be subject to a variety of external excitations.In order to ensure its normal operation and operation cycle,it is of great practical significance to study the inherent characteristics of the composite beam to improve its structural characteristics.In this paper,the U-shaped beam structure in the composite beam structure is taken as the research object,focusing on the analysis of its inherent characteristics,using the global modal method to establish the system of dynamic equations and solving and then using ANSYS finite element simulation to perform modal analysis to verify the theoretical method.reliability.Because the vibration of the composite beam is very complex,and the composite beam structure beam has both lateral and axial vibrations,the dynamic characteristics of the longitudinal beam with uniform cross-section and the transverse vibration and axial vibration are studied first to make a good combination.After studying the theoretical basis of the beam,the multi-argument and solution of the combined Ushaped beam was then established to establish the optimal solution for establishing a coordinate system.The global modal method was used to establish the dynamic equations of the system,and the system was obtained by the method of separation of variables.The modal function equations are then solved to obtain the first 5th order natural frequency and mode shape functions of the U-shaped beam fixed at both ends.Based on a further deepening study,the solid end of the beam is freed and fitted with a A certain mass of mass is used to complete the dynamic modeling and the intrinsic properties of a U-beam structure with one end fixed at one end by establishing an appropriate coordinate system in the global mode.Using ANSYS finite element simulation software to complete the simulation of the inherent characteristics of the combined U-beam structure,by comparing the theoretical results of the fixed-end U-shaped beam at both ends and the natural frequency of the simulation results are within 1%,one end fixed The combined U-beam with one end free and fitted with a mass has an error within 2% and the comparison results are good.In summary,the use of global modal methods for the study of intrinsic properties has high reliability,and provides theoretical guidance for the nonlinear vibration study and vibration control of the U-shaped structure of the composite beam.
