Road is the factor which affecting the environment temperature,and it is also increase the city heat island effect.Lowing the temperature of road can relieve the effect of heat island,iprove the refrigeration environment and water cooling is the easiest and effective way to achieve it.This paper building road model in Abaqus software,and simulate water cooling on road with Heat and Mass Transfer Principle.Then analyse the factors affecting water cooling,which are wind speed,air humidity and radiation absorptivity.Making asphalt plate and concrete plate in laboratory,and watering on those plate with different wind speed indoor to verify the simulate above.Simulate road water cooling with different wind speed,different road surface radiation absorptivity and air humidity at the temperature and solar radiation of Guangzhou,to find out the watering method which can reduce the road temperature and save water.Then analyse the effect of road water cooling to air temperature above road pavement and building temperature,and the influence on the energy consumption of vehicles and indoor refrigeration.After simulation analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After watering,there is a limiting amount of water that can be attached to the road surface for evaporation and cooling.2.The principle of qualitative exchange can simulate the temperature change process of the road surface,but the simulation time in the heating stage is shorter than the actual situation.The reason is that the asphalt pavement and cement road surface are porous,causing certain evaporation resistance,while the simulation assumes that the evaporation surface is smooth and dense.The heating process of the concrete plate is closer to the simulation,because the surface of the concrete plate is more dense and smooth than the asphalt plate.3.With the increase of wind speed,the cooling amplitude of the road surface is increased and the cooling time is prolonged;With the increase of the surface radiation absorptivity,the cooling amplitude decreases and the cooling time decreases.With the increase of air humidity,the cooling amplitude of the road surface decreases,but the cooling time is prolonged.4.Road water cooling can effectively reduce the air temperature in 1m above the roadsurface,improve the comfort level of the human body,and reduce the energy consumption of the vehicle;it has a certain effect to the building wall toward road in 3m height,can reduce the lower indoor cooling energy consumption.
