Research On Modeling And Verification Of SCM System Based On Pi Calculus

The purpose of supply chain management(SCM)is to coordinate the activities of all parts of the supply chain,through the logistics in the supply chain.The effective control of capital flow,business flow and information flow can reduce inventory,shorten production cycle,increase flexibility and agility,quickly respond to customer demand,and provide high quality service to users at minimum cost to achieve optimal business performance.This paper is based on the SCM information platform of agricultural products companies,combined with the actual operation demand,and deeply studied the purchase order business.According to the information demand of each link of the procurement business,the business process is redesigned to make the procurement link realize the information transformation through SCM.According to the characteristics of SCM,this paper carries on the informationization transformation to the purchasing supply chain.The information connection between the upstream supplier and the internal production design has been realized,which has effectively improved the purchasing efficiency and greatly improved the enterprises' adaptation to the market change.At the same time,a method based on Pi calculus is proposed to formalize and verify MWB coding.This method can guarantee the correctness of the research and development of SCM system so as to reduce the overhead in SCM system.This paper briefly introduces the various software technologies involved in SCM system.Then,the whole design of SCM system is introduced,including the basic function description of the system business.The basic function of the software is realized by using the SSH framework.Meanwhile,the system test is carried out,the stability and the security of the system are verified.The research in this paper has important reference value to solve many problems such as low efficiency and high cost of purchase order business and improve the management level of the whole supply chain in agricultural products companies.To some extent,it can speed up the implementation of the flexible manufacturing strategy,improve its ability to adapt to the market,and increase its competitiveness in the industry.
