Memristor,as the fourth basic circuit element in parallel with resistors,inductors,and capacitors,established the relationship between magnetic flux and electric charge.Since Hewlett-Packard Lab announced the discovery of memristor in 2008,memristor has aroused the attention of the majority of scholars.Components with memory characteristics such as memcapacitor and meminductor have also been proposed.The memory element such as memristor and memcapacitor exhibit good memory characteristics,have potential application value in non-volatile memory,neural networks,and chaotic systems.Firstly,based on the mathematical model of typical memristor and memcapacitor,in this thesis designs the circuit model of the charge-controlled memristor,the magnetically-controlled memristor,the voltage-controled memcapacitor and the magnetically-controlled memcapacitor,and analyzes its electrical characteristics.And using PSpice simulation software to verify the validity of the memory circuit model and the frequency characteristics of memory components.Secondly,in this thesis,based on the study of the electrical characteristics of memory devices,a novel five-order chaotic system based on memristor and memcapacitor is designed.Firstly,through the MATLAB numerical simulation,to analyze the rich dynamic behavior of the chaotic system.Then using the stability theory to analyze the balance point and stability of the system.Finally,the nonlinear system analysis methods such as Lyapunov exponents,bifurcation diagrams,and phase trajectories are used to analyze the effects of the changes in inductance,resistance circuit parameters,and initial states of memristor and memcapacitor on the characteristics of the chaotic system.Finally,on the basis of the above theoretical research,using the Multisim circuit simulation software to build the actual circuit of the chaotic system based on memristor and memcapacitor.The feasibility of the new chaotic system is verified by simulation.It provides theoretical support for the application of memory elements in the design and analysis of chaotic systems.
