Study On The Application Of BIM Technology In Real Estate Information Management

The real estate industry in China has been a rapidly growing area in recent years.In order to keep pace with the technological advance of the times,the information management of real estate is becoming an important developing direction.The information of real estate that the public really care about is the related property building and its internal components.To this end,it is valuable to introduce BIM technology into the existing three-dimensional GIS management system of real estate,it will complete the fine real estate model,obtain detailed modeling with comprehensive information and realize true three-dimensional simulation of real estate.Therefore,the integration of the two technologies for the information management of real estate can provide the basic environment to analyze the fine model in the visual three-dimensional visualization space.By introducing the status of traditional information management system of 3D real estate,proposed to introduce BIM techniques to improve and make up for the defects.Then selected the required software platform-Revit and Supermap.Revit was based on to build a fine community building modeling,summed up the process to complete the entire true three-dimensional scene.Using plug-ins to realize BIM modeling into the 3D GIS space which provided by Supermap.As a background,analyzed BIM technology that optimizes the traditional real estate information management mode from the data management,visualization and space analysis of real estate information: specific query of the building components' information,easy access to the 2D or the 3D visual display and micro-macro layout analysis.At the same time,introduced the service network process of BIM real estate to achieve the purpose of information flow,verified the feasibility and convenience of BIM applied to the fine management of 3D real estate.The combination of BIM and GIS technology used in the establishment of fine modelings and visual display will provide suggestions for future information management of real estate and promote the popularity of BIM technology.
