Study On The Design And Construction Method Of The Interlocking Pile In The Foundation Pit Of Dalian Reclamation Area

Since the 80 s of last century,the reclamation project has gradually sprung up in China.In recent years,the rapid progress of urbanization in recent years and the rapid development of the economy have made the land particularly bright.It is also an indispensable factor in the development of economy.The coastal city has been leading the region to promote economic development,land land city,so people gradually focus on the reclamation of this fast and efficient payment.Dalian Liaoning city is even as the forefront of the northeast,due to the special geographical location,numerous hills surrounded on three sides by the sea,the city land is particularly tense.In the past ten years,many large-scale reclamation projects have been launched and implemented.Xiaoping island of Dalian,Ling inlets,Xinghai Bay,Donggang business district,the diamond Bay areas are representative of Dalian reclamation.The construction of Dalian Donggang business district reclamation project is also one of the important projects in Dalian city construction in the past ten years.The reclamation of the sea in Dalian is a way to fill the mountains and fill the sea,so special geological conditions have been formed.New problems and challenges are brought to the deep foundation pit support engineering,pile foundation engineering and foundation treatment project for each project in the reclamation area.The technology of drilling bites is introduced from abroad and has been successfully applied in many major projects in China in recent years.The design and construction personnel are also facing the problem of deep foundation pit engineering in Dalian reclamation area,and boldly innovating and introducing and improving the construction technology of the bored bite pile,which effectively solves the problems of deep foundation pit supporting engineering in Dalian reclamation area.In this paper,a deep foundation pit in Dalian reclamation area is taken as an example,and the following research is carried out.(1)Deep foundation pit support and water stop design.The main sealing design of bored pile as waterproof curtain,and the meat piles at the same time of reinforcement in the local soil pressure area,to solve the security problem of support.The main points of the design of the foundation pit support structure are summarized.(2)Deep foundation pit construction.The difficulties,key points and control measures of the interlocking pile in the construction of the strata are studied in the light of the special properties of the Dalian reclamation.(3)Data monitoring.Combined with the foundation pit monitoring data of the whole process of the proposed project,the deformation of the supporting structure during the whole construction process is analyzed and compared with the design requirements,and the applicability of the method is finally determined.
