Quantum dot sensitized solar cells,the representative of New Photovoltaic cells,have attracted extensive research attention of domestic and foreign experts and scholars.Up to now,limiting the efficiency of quantum dot sensitized solar cells is mainly reflected in two aspects:enhanced light absorption and accelerated electron transporting,in this paper,CuInS2 quantum dots and CuInSe2 quantum dots were prepared by solvothermal method from the viewpoint of enhanced light absorption.TiO2 thin films were prepared to achieve sensitization of quantum dots and enlarge the absorption band edge.The main research work is as follows:1.CuInS2 quantum dots were prepared by solvothermal method using3-mercaptopropionic acid as solvent.The temperature and time were controlled during the reaction.The characterization was performed by different characterization methods?XRD analysis,SEM analysis,EDAX composition analysis,and UV-visible spectrum Analyze?.For the analysis,determine the best reaction condition is at 180?for 18hours,and the particle size is 5 nm,emission peak is 750 nm.2.CuInSe2 quantum dots were prepared by solvothermal method using ethanol amine as solvent.The temperature,time,and raw material ratio variables were controlled during the reaction.According to the analysis of the sample morphology and optical properties,it was determined that the optimum reaction conditions is at 180?for20 hours,and the proportion of Cu,In,Se three raw materials is 1:2:1,the particle size is10nm,emission peak is 800nm.3.The spin-coating method was used to prepare TiO2 film.The mass ratio of ethyl cellulose and terpilenol was controlled to 4:33,and the number of spin coating was two times.The cross-sectional thickness is 11 um and the absorption peak is 348 nm.Through the adsorption of Cu InS2 quantum dots on the surface of TiO2,adsorption of CuInSe2 quantum dots,and adsorption of two kinds of quantum dots for comparison,it was determined that the absorption band edges in the adsorption of two quantum dots were better than the others,and the maximum absorption tape edge is 800 nm by UV-visible spectroscopy analysis.
