LCOS display is the organic integration of LCD and CMOS integrated circuit the reflection of a new display technology. LCOS as a new large-screen display, high-intensity, high-resolution, energy saving, and many other advantages, its applications are many preferences. LCOS may be a rear projection HDTV technology development the main direction. In large-screen projection display has an important position, as the economic and light, it became the big-screen projection technology CRT TV's main competitors. And the transmission HTPS-LCD and DLP comparison, LCOS has the following advantages: a high-efficiency, small size, high resolution, mature manufacturing technology.In recent years, LCOS display technology and the rapid development of industrialization and greatly promote the development of the optical films, but also to optical films made higher requirements. In chapter IV we mainly discussed on the preparation of the film. In optical films, as long as the characteristics of a reasonable request, the total can be designed to fit the multi-layer structure. The key problem lies in the actual preparation of multi-layer film, which involves the design of error tolerance of the membrane structures; choose a suitable film material and preparation process; precise control of all levels of film thickness and refractive index, is expected to be the optical and mechanical characteristics.
