High energy laser accurately point to a fixed-point focusing system which can be applied to laser industrial processing,deicing and removing foreign objects,medical instruments and military laser weapon systems.Its main function is to focus high energy laser beams on target points with high quality and relative stability to guarantee the continuous effect of the laser beam on the target substance in the case of continuous action in the relative position of the target.The accuracy and stabilityof the laser beam on target location,the size and the energy distribution of the focus spot and so on are the main indexes to evaluate the performance of the high power laser continuous fixed-point focusing system.The key point of the fixed-point focusing system is how to ensure the high quality and continuous irradiation of the target point of the laser beam.In this paper,based on the theory of dynamic optics,the mathematical model of the zoom control of the optical system is constructed.The advantages and disadvantages of several optical structure forms,such as the discrete aperture and common aperture,are discussed,and the optical structure form of the system is determined.The optical design process and image quality evaluation results of each subsystem are given in detail.In this paper,the system's installation and detection method is studied,the focusing precision testing system of zoom system is designed and processed,and the external field test is carried out on the principle prototype.The precision of the focusing point of the system is 4.96 ",which meets the requirements of the overall technical index requirement of 5".
