The key technology of submarine laser polarization detection is studied based on the principle of polarization characteristics of different material in this paper,in order to detect and distinguish submarine targets by polarized light.The overseas and domestic development process and current situation of polarization detection are described,and the marine optical parameters and scattering parameters that may affect the laser polarization detection are summarized.The several kinds of mathematical description for polarized light and polarization state measurement method are analyzed,and then a new type of submarine target reflected light polarization information acquisition method is proposed,which based on the Stokes matrix and the Division-of-Amplitude method.Through the description of the working principle and implementation steps in the scheme,system construction,analysis of attenuation energy during laser transmission,the research on the key technologies of submarine laser polarization detection is completed.The optical system is designed by ZEMAX software to meet the system test requirements.The conclusions are drawn from the simulated data by LightTools software to simulate the scattering in seawater.Finally,the marine conditions of 10 m depth are simulated in the laboratory and the system is set up to test the main performance on the developed equipment.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can meet the requirements of the project well.The conclusions and results of this paper provide a theoretical basis and experimental verification for submarine laser detection.
