As a kind of non renewable scarce resources and production factors,land resources are important to the social and economic development.China is a country with the largest population in the world,and is also one of the most scarce land resources in the world.In twenty-first Century,with the development of society and economy increasing demand for land,the party and the country attaches great importance to resource conservation and more land intensive use.require clearly to protect arable land,cherish the land resources.How to use land economically and intensively has become an important issue to all levels of governments and academics.In this paper,Nan'an District of Chongqing economical and intensive land use as the research sample,through the collection of Nan'an District of Chongqing city in recent years,such as commercial land,industrial land and infrastructure development and utilization of land,we discuss the land problems of Chongqing Nan'an District economical and intensive use,analysis the causes of in-depth problems.Also through summarizing the successful practice of economical and intensive land use in typical areas at home and abroad,it provides beneficial enlightenment of economical and intensive land use for Chongqing Nan'an District,so as to explore countermeasures and suggestions in Chongqing Nan'an District of economical and intensive land use.Finally,this study will provides the nationwide economical and intensive land use with typical cases and experience,and laies the theoretical basis for a new way of using less land occupation,high efficiency and according to the situation of our country.
