| The Stropharia rugosoannulata is rich in nutrients in fruit body and it has broad cultivation prospects.The heavy metal pollution in soil becomes more serious,some edible fungi have also been proved to have physiological characteristics of accumulation and even super in heavy metal elements.Selenium(Se)is a trace element that is required for normal physiological activity,and the selenium deficiency can contribute to a variety of diseases of human and animal.Edible fungi have a strong ability to enrich selenium,and can transform inorganic selenium into organic selenium,and can inhibit the absorption of heavy metals by edible fungi.In this study,Stropharia rugosoannulata was used as experimental material.The effects of lead(Pb)and cadmium(Cd)treatments on the growth of mycelia of Stropharia rugosoannulata were analyzed by the experiment of mycelium fermentation to select the concentration of Pb and Cd in inhibiting the growth of mycelia.It was found that Pb50mg/L,Cd 2mg/L could inhibit the growth of mycelia.Cultivating Stropharia rugosoannulata and determining the content of Pb and Cd in the pileus,stripes and soil to study the regularity of Pb and Cd enrichment and explore the possibility of removing Pb and Cd from soil by using Stropharia rugosoannulata.The concentration of Pb 50mg/L,Cd 2mg/L was selected for further Se and Pb and Cd interaction experiments and added different concentrations of Se based on the treatment of Pb and Cd.The interaction between Se and Pb and Cd was explored by studying the growth of mycelium and fruiting bodies and the content of heavy metal.It is hoped that the study can be used to explore the application the prospect of adding Se to reduce the content of Pb and Cd in the Stropharia rugosoannulata.The main results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the tolerance ability of the mycelium to Pb and Cd in the mushroom was investigated through the texts of tube culture and fermentation of liquid mycelium.It is found that the tolerance of mycelia to Pb is more than Cd.(2)Studying on the ability of Pb and Cd enrichment in the Stropharia rugosoannulata through the cultivation experiment of fruiting bodies,we found the ability of Pb and Cd enrichment in the Stropharia rugosoannulata was different and Cd>Pb,and the ability of enrichment of Pb and Cd in the pileus was better than that in the stripes.(3)Selenium supplementation test was carried out.The results showed that the suitable concentration of selenium could promote the growth of mycelium and could alleviate the toxicity of Pb and Cd to mycelium;The interaction between Pb,Cd and Se was studied through determining the trend of content change and regularity of Pb and Cd in pileus,stipes of Stropharia rugosoannulata,enrichment of lead and cadmium and lead,cadmium and selenium of the interaction.The results showed that Se inhibited the absorption of Pb by the Stropharia rugosoannulata,but synergy with Cd.(4)The utilization ratio of selenium for Stropharia rugosoannulata is 78.8%,the Stropharia rugosoannulata is a good selenium-enriched product... |
