With the development of wind power industry,research on wind turbine,research on wind turbine technology is becoming more and more mature.The development and utilization of offshore wind energy has entered into a new stage.However,the complex environment of offshore wind turbine requires better rational structure.In this paper,based on the design parameters of machine the United States NREL 1.5MW Research Center,wind turbine aerodynamics theory and water kinetic theory,modeling and numerical simulation are carried on.Aimed at flow characteristics of sea wind and wave field,the actual sea conditions are emulated by the combined use of UDF and numerical wave formation.The simulation results include the flow characteristics of wind,solid surface,the stress and total deformation.After completing the establishment process of the wind turbine,it has an modal analysis on system 1.The vibration frequency of the coupling system was acquired.According to the Campbell diagram,the critical running speed and operation safety zone of the wind turbine are obtained.At the same time,the vibration characteristics are also analyzed.The low order modal graph and low order frequencies are received;In order to get the simulation results closer to the real conditions,the CFD software are used to realize the co-simulation of wind and waves.The method of VOF,udf and Stokes waves are used to complete wave field value.The sea level phase results of two-phase flow are simulated.It analyzes the influence of wave shape on the structure.The flow field results are obtained under the action of the wind load and wave load;The process of solving the coupling flow field calculation and establish the solid domain system using Ansys workbench,it completed the wind,wave load and wind turbine FSI simulation process.The deformation of the structure of wind turbine surface caused by wind waves,including the total deformation surface wind pressure and dynamic response of pile foundation results show that the wind turbine at sea level at different heights of stress and pressure distribution of the extrema positions with certain rules The results are verified by comparing the nodes at different positions of the wind turbine,and the simulation results have some reference value for the design of offshore wind turbines in the future.
