Tourist passengers rose sharply with the development of life standard,various forms of tourism also get rapid development,which makes the factors affecting the safety of the scenic more and more complex.In addition to this,accidents happened more and more frequently and serious,therefore a series of measures should be taken as soon as possible to enhance the security management standard.At present,the mechanism of emergency management is facing at many problems in efficience.such as the independence between the sections,the lack of coordination command,having no capabilities to allocate emergency resources in a timely manner and so on.For this purpose,the grid management which is being implemented in the town of Xitang and mobile GIS(Geographic Information System)is applied to the combination of safety management of the scenic,after a lot of research and the requirement analysis.What's more,the safety management of the scenic has been developed on the Android platform,in order to improve the safety management level of the scenic.The system consists of server computer terminal and mobile terminals,the mainly using object is the scenic managers.The managers can undertake the grid management,data sharing between the grid when they are equipped with the system on patrol.Specifically,managers can view the surrounding traffic places and forecast according to the monitoring video,ticketing system as well as the number of visitors,and receive early warning information from the server.The status on interest points can be uploaded to the server and feedback information from the server can be received on the system client.If the scenic is in emergency,managers can tap the surrounding fire rescue facilities' positional information quickly,then the details of the accident and the scene photos uploaded to the server.Before long,the accident treatment advice comes back from services,then they make quick response according to the advice.Module testing has been tested on the system for a week,qualitative test results and feedback result from management both show that the system can significantly improve the efficiency of safety management of the scenic,the system can be popularized to other scenic spots.
