Chaos,a new discipline in the 21st century,is a deterministic nonlinear random motion that is extremely sensitive to the initial conditions.Due to the unique movement characteristics,it is widely used in many fields including confidential communication,mathematics and biology,and has become a hot research topic.In recent years,multi-scroll chaotic circuit has become a new research direction with current mode device.This paper mainly studies the design of Current Controlled Current Conveyor(CCCII)and the principle and design method of Chua's chaotic circuit based on current transmitter.Firstly,we introduce the background and significance of chaos development,and the development status of CCCII,multi-scroll chaotic circuit based on current mode device and modified Chua 's chaotic circuit.Secondly,we introduce the basic theory of chaos including Chua's chaotic circuit and CCCII's basic theory.On the basis of reading a large number of current transmitter literature and CCCII,this paper presents a new CMOS CCCII with cascode and X-side and Y-terminal series,and then constructs the modified Chua's circuit by means of the current transmitter.Finally,we simulate the proposed novel CMOS CCCII circuit in terms of PSPICE to verify the port characteristics of the new CMOS CCCII;Besides,we construct the non-linear function circuit of the modified Chua's chaotic circuit by means of the current transmitter,which form the modified Chua's chaotic circuit based on the current conveyor.Finally,it is simulated by Multisim to verify the deformation Chaotic phenomena of Chua's chaotic circuit.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research progress of multi-scroll chaotic circuits based on current mode devices,and makes a simple comparison of current mode devices and voltage mode devices.And then lists a series of multi-scroll chaotic circuits based on current mode devices.The advantages and disadvantages of each analysis are analyzed,and we prospect and the multi-scroll chaotic circuit based on CCCII.(2)We propose a new CMOS CCCII structure that adopts a cascode current mirror,which X-side and Y-side are used MOS composite tube in series structure with a simple structure,a large linear range,low power consumption and port parasitic resistance control characteristics.Finally,we carry out the simulation of O.llum by PSPICE,and verify the feasibility of the proposed circuit.(3)We construct the Modified Chua 's Chaotic Circuit based on current transmitter.And we construct the non-linear function circuit of the modified Chua's chaotic circuit by means of the current transmitter,which form the modified Chua's chaotic circuit based on the current transmitter.Finally,it is simulated by Multisim to verify the deformation Chaotic phenomena of Chua's chaotic circuit.
