Research On Natural Resources Environmental Auditing

The current rapid economic development is based on the constant consumption of more natural resources,while the unreasonable exploitation of natural resources has led to a decline in the availability of natural resources for human use.The Chinese government has fully realized the importance of protecting natural resources and the environment.The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out the shortcomings of the current assessment of economic achievements.It put forward pilot preparations of the natural resources balance sheet,established a lifelong accountability system for ecological environmental damage,and implemented leading cadres.Natural resources assets leave the audit system and introduced relevant policies and laws and regulations.Environmental audit of natural resources is still in its infancy in China.There is no fixed model to draw lessons from,and both theory and practice are immature.This has brought great difficulties to the development of audit work.Based on this,this paper mainly uses quantitative and qualitative comprehensive analysis methods and case analysis methods.Through data access,field surveys,and induction methods,we first theoretically define environmental audits of natural resources,and refer to domestic and foreign relevant research literature,and then to natural resources.The environmental audit conducted a theoretical overview and used the case analysis methodology.Based on the environmental audit theory of natural resources,based on the preliminary water resource audit in province A,the environment-related data and data were used to refer to the audit of water resources and water resources in A province.Situation,to achieve a comprehensive analysis.The analysis confirms the existing problems and causes of water resources auditing,and draws on the experiences of domestic natural resource environment auditing to solve the problem of water auditing in A province.Through case studies,we put forward measures to improve natural resources and environmental auditing,find out that local governments improve the traditional environment to serve economic development,increase the investment of government's natural resource environment auditing,and strengthen the supervision of governance works and projects,promote full coverage of natural resource environment auditing.
