Study On The Construction Strategy Of Resource Development Of Yiwu Branch & Innovation District Nursery

The development of social economy to develop the new city construction in China on a new journey,progressive construction of the new district and regional nursery site selection in land resources and ecological demand and the coupling relationship between construction cost but also formed the inevitable contradictions.Therefore,how to give full play to the value of nursery resources in New Area and provide assistance for resource and environment construction of new urban area is a problem to be solved urgently.Taking the nursery resources in New Area as the research object,this paper emphasizes the concept of the nursery of the new urban area as a resource,and further clarifying the concept and purpose of the resource utilization of the nursery in the new urban area,and analyzing its feasibility.On this basis,the results of quantitative evaluation of nursery resources construction as the goal,based on the AVC theory,Analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method,establish new city nursery land resources evaluation system based on the Multiobjective linear weighted function method for the comprehensive evaluation model,so as to realize the resource development and construction of scientific practice.Secondly,from the perspective of resource theory,we should draw lessons from the domestic and foreign excellent development experience,and establish the strategy system of resource development and construction in the new urban nursery area.In the system,we should take the strategy of ecological environment as the starting point,and then put forward the strategy of land use,functional zoning and industrial development strategy.The core of the strategy system is to put forward the expression strategy of the new resources in the nursery area,which highlights the pertinence and particularity of strategy system.But the complex factors in the actual development process are not enough to rely solely on strategy system.Therefore,through the clarification of the logical relationship and operation mechanism of each link in the stage of resource development and construction,three kinds of development programs are established,such as all update mode,partial update mode and organic reservation renewal mode,so that the changeable development process is directional and the utilization rate of nursery resources is improved.In conclusion,based on the theoretical deepening of the construction examples of Yiwu Branch&Innovation District,the field research and analysis of the distribution and development of its nursery resources and its quantitative evaluation,which is pointed out that the necessity of developing resources in the new area nursery.Further deepen the development strategy for the new branch and a series of development mode,namely development of nursery ecological forest belt,construction of natural garden,construction of the thematic town,admission of scientific research of seedling in colleges and universities and reconstruction of mountain scenic forest.The Yiwu Branch&Innovation District of nursery resource utilization is provided for reference at the same time,which provide a reference for the follow-up development of the nursery resources in new urban district.
