Study On The Etiology And Its Prevention And Treatment Of Duck Tembusu Virus Disease

The purpose of this study is to use the virus strains that isolated and purified in Jiangxi province for virus replication and prevention research to determine the causes of Egg Drop Syndrome in Jiangxi province.This study systematically applied the Chinese herbal medicine preparations to explore the current prevention and control effect of duck tembusu virus,to determine the optimal drug regimen for preventing and controlling this disease,to obtain the basic information on pharmacodynamics and safety analysis,in order to provide scientific advice and guidance for the prevention and control of this disease.During the research of this project,comprehensive tests and methods such as virus isolation and purification,virus replication,and prevention and control research were used to conduct research on pathogenic characteristics,pathogenic mechanisms,pathogenic factors,and prevention and control.The research of this study successfully isolated and purified the duck tembusu YF strain in Jiangxi province,replicated the duck tembusu virus,confirmed the spread way of duck tembusu virus,and verified that vaccines and Chinese herbal medicine were effectively way to prevent and control duck tembusu virus disease.The detailed results were shown that:(1)The pathogen was proved to be duck tempusu virus through virus replication test,virus isolation and gene sequencing.It also proves that the duck tempusu virus is an independent virus species and reproducible,and can stably exist in the infected host.(2)The duck tembusu virus disease is not only pathogenic,but also can be transmitted through mixed contact infection and airborne transmission through the duck tembusu virus disease transmission test.In the daily production process,the infected ducks should be isolated as soon as possible to prevent the spread of the disease.In the clinical prevention and treatment of duck tembusu virus disease,this study showed that F vaccine and Chinese herbal medicines in group 1 and group 2 formulations were effective in control the damage of duck tembusu virus to laying ducks,significantly increase the resistance of ducks,reduce the damage to the ovaries,and shorten the recovery time.However,the group 1 formula of Chinese Herbal Medicine was not performed well in controlling mortality during treatment,it was about 3.33%.It suggests that vaccine is a good choice for preventing the occurrence and prevention of this disease and Chinese herbal medicine has a certain effect in the prevention and treatment of the disease,but the usage,dosage and production benefit ratio still need to be further studied.
