Phase information is a major technical index of the filter,which is an important influence factor of signal output quality,and is also one of the significant impact indexes of sonar receiver.In the underwater acoustic receiver,it contains a filter module.As long as the presence of the filter is bound to cause the non-linearity of the phase.For the ideal filter,its phase frequency response should be linear in the pass band.In order to solve the phase non-linear problem,this paper designs a phase equalizer based on ultra-short baseline 4 channel receiver system,which makes the phase frequency characteristics of the system achieve a more perfect linear requirements.This paper mainly completed the hardware circuit design and implementation of phase equalizer and ultra-short baseline receiver system.The equilibrium principle and design idea of phase equalizer are introduced in detail.The phase information is transformed into group delay angle and the phase equalization is designed in three methods.Aiming at revising the design parameters in order to approach the expected effect,a quantum particle swarm optimization(QPSO)optimization algorithm is proposed to determine the parameters that make the system equilibrium achieve the best effect.From the derivation of the circuit structure,the frequency characteristic analysis of the filter,the calculation of the component parameters and the layout of the circuit of the three methods.In the case of meeting the actual technical requirements and function requirements,the all pass network is adopted as the final design scheme.The whole system hardware circuit includes amplifying circuit module,filter circuit module,variable gain phase amplifying circuit module,equalization module,optical coupling isolation circuit module and the last stage magnifying circuit module.Fully considering the working mechanism,the circuit form,the filter type and the layout of components and so on,after detailed discussion and research,the design scheme is proposed around the design indicators and considerations.After completing the design and debugging of each module,the test results show that first all the targets of the ultra short baseline receiver meet the design requirements.Second the phase equalizer can be well applied to the ultra short baseline receiver,meets various of technical specifications.The performance is excellent,which proves the effectiveness of the technology and has a certain application value.
