In the winter of 2016-2017,food components and nutrient components of red deer(Cervus elaphus xanthopygus)in the northeastern Chifeng region of Inner Mongolia in winter were analyzed by fecal microscopic analysis.A total of 19 trails were tracked in Gaogestai Hanwula National Nature Reserve in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia.Fresh plant samples and fresh Cervus elaphus feces were collected.Record forest type,GPS points and other data.Do 10m × 10m square plots along the way.Make five 1m×1m squares in a large sample.A total of 22 large prototypes and 110 small samples were made.A total of 89 fecal specimens were measured by the fecal fiber analysis technique and 267 fecal microscopic specimens were made. Each lens took 20 fields of vision,a total of 5340 field of vision.Determination of main feeding foods of red deer in Gaogestai Hanwula conservation area of Chifeng area,Inner Mongolia. The analysis of various nutrients in food intake and the study of red deer winter feeding strategies were conducted. The main research results obtained are as follows:a)The results showed that red deers ate 16 species of plants in winter, belonging to 8 orders,10 families and 16 species. The plants that were fed were Ulmus pumila?Lespedeza bicolor?Salix?Polygonum divaricatum?Rhododendron dauricum?Tripolium vulgare?Ostryopsis davidiana?Betula platyphylla?Larix gmelinii?Caragana microphylla?Quercus Dmongolica?Lonicera chrysantha?Armeniaca sibirica?Spiraea salicifolia?Acer ginnala?Rosa davurica and other plants of the current year branches, deciduous and Gramineae. The relative density of plants mainly consumed by red deer during winter in the Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia is from high to low:Ulmus pumila(13%)>Tripolium vulgare(12%),Salix(12%)>Armeniac sibirica(10%)>Betula platyphylla(8%)>Spiraea salicifolia(6%)?Larix gmelinii(6%)>Lonicera chrysantha(5%)?Rosa davurica(5%)?Polygonum divaricatum(5%)>Ostryopsis davidiana(4%)?Rhododendron dauricum(4%)>Lespedeza bicolor(3%)?Caragana microphylla(3%).The plants with higher feeding frequency of red deer include plants such as Salix?Ulmus pumila?Armeniaca sibirica?Betula platyphylla,Tripolium vulgare.b)Experiments were conducted to analyze the 14 species of the plant in winter in the red deer in the Gaogestai Hanwula Nature Reserve,Chifeng,Inner Mongolia. The total nutrient content determined was determined by 11 nutritional factors including crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, acidic detergent fiber, acidic detergent lignin, ash, hemicellulose, cellulose, tannin, energy and water. The spearman correlation test was used to investigate the relationship between red deer food selection and various nutrient factors in food through spss19.0 software to explore the feeding strategies of winter red deer in winter and analyze the influence of various nutrient factors on red deer intake. There was a negative correlation between the feeding frequency of main food components and the content of crude protein in main foods in the winter wheat deer in the Gaogestai conservation area of Chifeng area,Inner Mongolia. The correlation coefficient was-0.037.The winter feeding frequency of red deer was positively correlated with the crude fat content of major foods, with a correlation coefficient of 0.504.The winter feeding frequency of red deer was positively correlated with the main food lignin content, with a correlation coefficient of 0.321.There was a positive correlation between the feeding frequency of main food components and the ash content of main foods in red deer during the winter, with a correlation coefficient of 0.249.There was a negative correlation between the feeding frequency of main food components and the tannin content of main food in red deer during the winter, with a correlation coefficient of-0.346.There was a positive correlation between the feeding frequency of major food components and the water content of major foods in red deer during the winter. The correlation coefficient was 0.579.There was no correlation between the feeding frequency of major food components and the energy content of major foods in red deer during the winter.c)There was a positive correlation between the dietary food intake of red deer and red deer. The most important factor was water, followed by crude fat, lignin, ash, cellulose, and energy.Crude fat and moisture of plants are the main nutrient factors.Plant crude protein and tannins are negative nutrients of red deer.Red deer winter feeding often considers the principle of palatability,or is affected by other nutrients.Red deer's choice of food is not only influenced by a single nutrient component, but is determined by the interaction of multiple nutrients.
