Research And Development Of 3D Geographic Information System Of Agritourism Town In Jingshan Xiaogucheng

In recent years,the construction of Characteristic Towns is very popular across our country.But there are still some issues about low-developing-level,nonstandard-management and information occlusion in the respect of management.In order to solve these problems,the paper tends to apply 3D geographic information technology and make some spatial data analysis based on 3D visualization,which will realize information sharing and intelligent management of Characteristic Towns.The paper takes Agritourism Town——Jingshan Xiaogucheng as an example,studying related theories of 3D geographic information system,using the practical experience of design and development of different 3D geographic information systems for reference and putting forward a technical platform which is applied for the development of the 3D geographic information system of Agritourism Town based on the special requirement.3D Geographic Information System of Agritourism Town in Jingshan Xiaogucheng which is developed by oblique photogrammetric technology and SuperMap GIS based on C#language realized the visualization of 3D scene and varieties of 3D analysis functions facing the Characteristic Towns.The research shows that the Jingshan Xiaogucheng 3D Geographic Information System based on SuperMap has the advantages of low development cost,short development period and strong applicability,which is a feasible and effective solution of intelligent management facing the Characteristic Towns.The system will provide the opportunities for the developers to invite business and attract investment,which can become an important platform to show potential customers the appearance of Xiaogucheng.In addition,the system will enhance the working efficiency and intelligent management level of government departments and provide planning managers with decision-making basis and technical guidance.And the management pattern based on platform construction and information shared of 3D Geographic Information System will play an important and guiding role on the construction and management of the characteristic towns in Zhejiang province,even the whole country.
