| Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)has become a global public health prob-lem,it is a common infectious disease which caused by many enteroviruses.Most of severe cases and deaths were caused by the new enterovirus(EV71)among those viruses.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the dynamics model of hand,foot and mouth disease which caused by EV71.In the first half of 2016,the listing of EV71 inactivated vaccine provided a direction for the establishment and analysis of HFMD model,so we added inoculant class to the model.The next generation characteristic equation is used for obtaining the threshold of the two models,in addition,the Lyapunov stability theorem and the Lasalle invariance principle prove that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable in the case of R0<1,and that the endemic equilibrium point of the model is uniquely and globally asymptotically stable in the case of R0>1.This paper is divided into five parts to discuss and analyze the model.The first section discusses the epidemic situation of hand,foot and mouth disease in the world,and we summarizes the history of EV71 and the progress of prevention and treat-ment in China briefly,and introduces the research status of hand,foot and mouth disease and the content of this article.The second section gives the main tools used in the model analysis.In the third section,0?4 years old children are selected to the research group.After introducing the EV71 type inactivated vaccine inocu-lation item,the infectious disease model is established,and the threshold solution,qualitative analysis and parameter sensitivity analysis of the model are carried out.Considering the recessive infection in the fourth section,an infectious disease model is established by targeting all population groups,meanwhile the infectious disease model is established,and the threshold solution,qualitative analysis and parameter sensitivity analysis of the model are carried out.The fifth section is the summary of this article. |
