Study On Water Resources Demonstration In Mengshan Reservoir

Water is the source of life,the essence of production,and the foundation of ecology.It is the material basis for the survival and development of all living things on the earth,and it is the most active controlling factor of the ecosystem.The production and development of human society are closely related to water.The issue of resources has become a strategic issue for the sustainable development of China’s social economy.The water resources demonstration of the construction project carried out by China on May 1,2002 is a resource argumentation.It is for the water abstraction permit system.Its purpose is to make water abstraction approval more scientific and reasonable,so as to achieve water resources conditions and economic layout,water resources carrying capacity and economic scale coordination,and promote the rational development and optimal allocation of water resources.The core of the project is to determine the size of the economic layout and determine the scale of project construction based on the degree of water source protection for the construction project and the location of the water project development site.Water conservation measures must be taken to achieve clean production.The water must comply with the water function zoning and be carried out without prejudice to the interests of third parties and without prejudice to social and ecological benefits.The paper combined with the water conservancy survey and design project that the author participated in,carried out water resources demonstration research on Mengshan reservoir project in accordance with relevant regulations and specifications.Mengshan Reservoir is a constructed project that has been in operation for more than 50 years.After years of operation,the reservoir has provided a large amount of reliable water resources for the local area.It plays an important role in supporting regional economic and social development and water demand.The reservoir is a livelihood project and public welfare engineering.According to the requirements of regional economic and social development,the development task of the reservoir is mainly irrigation,taking into account the comprehensive utilization of tourism.Based on a comprehensive analysis of reservoir water supply and development and utilization of regional water resources,the rationality of the current water supply for the project is analyzed,the water supply for the project is analyzed,and the reliability,feasibility and efficiency of the project water supply are evaluated.It provides scientific basis and technical support for reservoir management units and higher water administrative departments to strengthen the unified management of water resources,to examine and approve water intake permits and to allocate water resources.
