With the continuous development of modern scientific instruments,an optical lens is widely used in modern scientific instruments,requirements for the same optical lenses machining,system installation tuning detection technology are getting higher and higher.Optical lenses eccentric error by the optical processing and system installation constraints,will produce eccentric error,while undermining the optical lenses of the coaxial,affecting the imaging quality of optical lenses product.Therefore,to solve these problems,the automatic measurement of optical lenses error has also become the key step of eccentric error analysis.In order to improve the production efficiency of optical lenses,this thesis first solves the problems of human reading,manual focusing,labor intensity and low measurement efficiency of traditional instruments,besides referring to the data of the prior subjects and the actual investigation.On the basis of grasping the basic principle and structure of traditional instruments,this thesis presents an automatic measurement technology of optical lenses eccentricity error by combining photoelectric detection technology and digital image processing technology.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,based on relevant information and practical investigation,this thesis describes the optical lenses eccentricity measurement of the basic principles and methods,and determine the best scheme of optical lenses eccentricity measurement.Secondly,on the basis of the existing internal focusing center,the manual internal focusing head is modified into an electrically adjustable zoom group to realize electric focusing.The optical lenses eccentricity error is researched by using photodetector,image acquisition and digital image processing technology automated measurement technology.Finally,based on visual studio 2017 development environment,we have developed optical lenses eccentricity errors automation measurement software,gives the digital measurement results.The developed software can be applied to the basic optical lenses manufacturing process control.
