Studying And Developing On Early Warning Information System Of Dalian Traffic Weather

At present,the construction status of road network is gradually improving,and highway traffic safety has gradually become the hotspot of people's concern,the traffic meteorological warning information also provides the safety guarantee for road traffic.Dalian had built relatively even automatic meteorological station along the road border in order to receive traffic meteorological information for the technical support of construction of Dalian meteorological early warning information system.Aiming at the above problems,this paper expounds the current research status of traffic meteorological system technology.This paper introduces the decision tree C4.5 algorithm and pruning,and establishes the traffic weather warning model on this basis.Its main idea is to apply the announced national criterion of traffic meteorological rating standard alone with environmental temperature rating standard to Dalian traffic meteorological data for classification,the pavement temperature and road conditions is divided into three respectively,including minor high temperature,high temperature,humid road surface etc.After the use of decision tree C4.5 algorithm classified data will be filtered,attribution with the maximum information gain rate would be accounted as a node each round,until the early warning decision tree complete its process,after the completion of the early warning decision tree,pruning the decision tree according to the rule set evaluation,finally the traffic meteorological information early warning system is formed.Based on Eclipse + Android SDK development tools,deduction of Dalian traffic meteorological early warning information system design is made,three layers of B/S architecture is put forward,and design the interface and function of Dalian traffic meteorological early warning information system as well as the meteorological database.The Web side is designed with Bootstrap framework,bootstrap_table and div,etc.The Android side adopts the visual design method of XML layout and the way to control the UI interface in the code.Based on the JavaScript and Android interface of Baidu map,Dalian traffic meteorological information early warning system has implemented different functions of both the Web and Android respectively.The Web terminal contains the traffic meteorological information warning and the meteorological information query display function.In addition to providing information query display module,map navigation module and other public user functions,the Android terminal also provides the meteorological information warning function for the traffic police,which can be checked only after logging in.The meteorological information early warning function includes road temperature warning and road condition warning.Both of the system's clients are available to the police users.It also provides a mobile APP for the public.Meanwhile,the interface design is novel and provides a beautiful experience for users.
