In this study, mangrove sediment samples were collected at 15 sites in the DongZhai port Mangrove Conservation Area in Hainan during the spring?summer?autumn and winter. The vegetation communities at the 15 sites were hornbeam, bracken, and sea mulberry and tung.,water coconut, candida, candida and sea lotus, cusp lotus, cup sea mulberry, apetalous sea mulberry, sea lotus, linden, tung, red sea linden, aga sinensis, sea mulberry, through sedimentary species The macrobenthos(free-living marine nematodes)was isolated, counted and identified. The nematode distribution, dominant species, and diversity index at each site of mangrove nematodes in DongZhai port,Hainan Province were studied. The response to marine nematode biomonitoring functions was further studied. The stability of the mangrove wetland in Zhaigang. The result as follows:The average abundance of free-living marine nematodes in DongZhai port mangrove wetland in Hainan Province is 544± 131.17 ind·10cm-2.Among them, the abundance of marine nematodes in the vegetation community of D7 cuspida is the highest, while that of D2 fossils is the highest in marine nematodes. The lowest degree. For the study of horizontal distribution of nematodes,D7 site is located in the estuary where both the organic matter and chlorophyll content are high, and the nematode abundance is the highest;D11-D14 Dongzaigang mangrove research institute nursery base forms a high nematode abundance area, and significantly higher than.other Site. The vertical distribution difference of marine nematodes was extremely significant(P<0.01),and the percentages of marine nematode abundance in the 0?2cm,2?5cm,and 5?8cm sediments were 66.02%,19.68%,and 14.3%,respectively.The seasonal distribution of marine nematodes was extremely significant(P?0.01),the abundance of marine nematodes in spring was 221.77?1438.97 ind·10 cm-2,the abundance of marine nematodes in summer was 331.03?1050.73 ind·10 cm-2,and the abundance of marine nematodes in autumn was 76.67?1081.15 ind·10 cm-2;abundance of marine nematodes in the winter is 174.43?941.21 ind · 10 cm-2.Identification of marine nematodes was conducted on 15 sites, and 51 species belonging to 46 genera were isolated. In the spring,40 genera and 42 species of nematodes were isolated. The nematodes with more than 10%individuals were Terschellingia,Trissonchulus, and Haliplectus;43 species and 43 species of summer nematodes,46 of which were dominant species.Terschellingia,Haliplectus,Daptonema, and Spilopholaimus. In the autumn,34 species and 34 species ofnematodes were isolated. The dominant species were Terschellingia,Haliplectus,Daptonema,Sabatieri, and Metalinhomoeus. In the winter,38 species of nematodes were isolated,of which the dominant species were Terschellingia,Trissonchulus,Daptonema,Subsphaerolaimus, and Paralongicyatholaimus.Number of Nematodes(N),Production(P),Number of Nematode(S),Richness Index(d),Evenness Index(J'),Diversity Index(H')of 15 sites through PRIMER 5 And dominance(?)statistics,D2,D7,D9 three sites richness index, diversity index, evenness index are lower, while the dominance degree index is high;and D1 site, species richness, diversity Index and evenness index are higher and dominance index is lower.Oral type research was conducted on 15 sites and it was found that nematodes in this area were mainly 1A selective sedimentary feeding and 2A non-selective depositional feeding, while 1B scrapers or diatom predators and 2B predators were less.lA>2A>1B>2B in spring;2A>1A>2B>1B in summer;2A>1 A>1B>2B in autumn;2A>1A>1B>2B in winter. The value of N/C in 15 sites shows that spring belongs to the normal sea area, the autumn mangrove wetland is eutrophication, the summer and the winter are polluted by organic matter, and the organic matter is seriously polluted in summer.D2?D3?D4?D8?D10?D11?D13 are eutrophication, and the other sites are polluted by organic matter.
