With the continuous development of construction information,To a certain extent,BIM(Building information modeling)has become an important means to solve complex pipeline comprehensive arrangement and guide the installation and construction of complex pipelines.However,BIM technology often ignores the changeable factors at the scene,and does not face up to the decisive factors of on-site implementation.It often leads to the fact that the actual situation of the site is quite different from the BIM design model,which can not guide the further installation and construction of complex pipelines accurately.Therefore,the combination of BIM technology and 3D laser scanning technology has become an important means to solve the problem and has been applied in the actual project.However,in the actual application process,due to the lack of specific and perfect implementation methods,principles and processes,it can not finish the construction and subsequent application of complex pipeline BIM geometric model in high quality in an effective time,thus affecting its implementation.Through the analysis of factors affecting the construction of complex 3D laser scanning geometry pipeline based on BIM,combined with BIM technology,the basic theory of 3D laser scanning and complicated pipeline,we put forward the concrete implementation scheme for complex pipeline BIM geometric model of 3D laser scanning based on the construction of reasonable and perfect,feasible,and put forward the specific implementation process and method the main point of application.Finally,through the case analysis,we get the effect of its application in the actual project,and provide reference for the follow-up application and research.First of all,this paper adopts questionnaire,aiming at Construction Enterprise Top 80 companies(ranked 2016 in annual income),and analysis of 3D laser scanning to construct complex pipeline BIM geometry model and application based on the demand,and the influence factors of the fact.It uses entropy weight method to sort the main influence factors.Secondly,based on the main effect of 3D laser scanning to construct complex pipeline BIM geometric model of the sort of the important factors for reference,starting from the accuracy and timeliness to improve the reverse construction of complex pipeline BIM geometry model,the implementation process is divided according to the number of construction industry,for four stages of acquisition,indoor data processing and complex geometry BIM model for pipeline project,and refine the work process,clear all stages of objectives,principles and methods,and software and hardware configuration.Then,it gets a specific implementation scheme suitable for the construction of complex pipeline BIM geometry model based on three dimensional laser scanning at present.Furthermore,we analyze the main application points of reverse geometry modeling for complex pipelines,and get the specific implementation processes and methods of each application based on related cases.Finally,we take a case study of the constant temperature comprehensive pipeline machine room in Beijing as an example.We demonstrate its specific implementation contents and achievements,and evaluate its implementation,to a certain extent,effectively demonstrate the core idea of this thesis.
