The axial distributions of total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic matter in the sediment of Modern-Fuyang Original Wetland Park in Handan City was measured and the eutrophication of the sediment in the target river was evaluated by the organic index method. The results show that the contents of the three in the sediments of the target river increased with the sediment depths increasing which has positive correlation in axial direction.According to the changing trends of TN and OM,it can be deduced that there is a high risk of organic pollution in the deep sediment.Due to the particularity of the sediment pollutants distribution, the masking can be used as a control method. The adsorption process of natural zeolite on nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants was simulated through adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics experiments. The results show that the adsorption process of the two is fitted well with pseudo-second-order,and all of them have chemisorption. The natural zeolite was modified by high-temperature sintering, soaking in hydrochloric acid or NaCl solution, and the structure characteristics were observed by SEM.It is found that the results of modifies by different modifications are not the same.Based on the static simulation test of modified zeolite masking and Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx,the effects of early remediation on microbial community structure in sediments was analyzed.
