Lianyungang is an important port city of China. Environment pollution became more and more serious with the economic development in recent years. In this study, the type of pollutant and the degree of pollution in 80 samples from three pillar(sZ01, Z02, Z03)sampled from different inshore areas were analyzed, the structure and the function of the microbial community were studied, the bacterial strains were isolated. The result of metal elements analysis showed that all the samples from three pillars were pulluted with arsenic and stannum moderately enriched. Similar result were also found with barium and zirconium in Z01, copper in Z02 and barium in Z03. The metal elements in the sediment mainly existed in the form of residue, followed by the state of Fe-Mn oxide and carbonate compound, the less existence is the exchangeable state. The microbial community structure and the function genes of marine sediments of 22 samples from three pillars were studied by the microarray. The result showed that microbial community structure and the function genes were significantly different among three pillars. Z01 has greatest diversity having microbials from 10 different genera, such as Actinobacter,Pseudomonadales and so on. For Z02 and Z03, each has microbials belonging to 6 different genera, such as Bdellovibrionales, Desulfovibrionales and so on. The clustering analysis indicated different samples of the same pillar had the similar function. The canonical correspondence analysis on relationship between the composition and function of microbial community and pollutions by analyzing the composition and dynamics of microbial community and the parameters of main pollutions from marine sediments were performed and the results showed that the microbial community structure and function were significantly influenced by zirconium, petroleum, conductivity, and arsenic. The result may benefit to bioremediation of marine pollution.Total of 51 strains were obtained, result of physiological and biochemical characteristic determining and 16S rDNA gene string appraisal indicated they belong to 17 genera, such as Bacillus, Brevundimonas and so on. Bacillus covered the majority of isolates.A strain resistant to copper, lead and chromium was isolated from 51 strains separated from marine sediments. The strain was identified as Arthrobacter. It's biological characteristics were studied. Different concentrations of heavy metal ions extended the lag phage to various degrees. The waterish strains can adsorb copper(â…¡) and lead(â…¡) by 77.22%, 95.43%, respectively, but can not adsorb chromium(â…¥), and this characteristics were stable after 10 generations.
