Research And Realization Of External Measurement Technology For Real Estate Field Investigation System

With the implementation of the unified registration system of immovable property,it is further clear that the measurement operation standard of real estate field investigation is an urgent task.Based on a new high-precision and real-time field measurement system,the research on the field measurement technology was carried out,the operation standard of the field measurement was designed,which provides many kinds of high-precision measurement information for the real estate investigation work.High precision real estate field measurement system includes fiber inertial measurement unit,GPS,leveling indexing mechanism,horizontal angle measuring instrument and laser ranging module.In view of the complex and changeable environment of the field measurement environment,combined with the feature--"stop anywhere,measure anywhere" during measurement process,with information from various measurement units in high-precision and real-time measurement system,the specific work is as follows:First,the operation process design of the real estate measurement system.The overall operation scheme of real estate survey is studied and improved,the difference between external survey and inner data processing is clearly show;Combined with the description of equipment function,the adaptability of various measuring methods in two kinds of environment,such as good satellite signal and terrible satellite signal,is analyzed,of field measurement scheme is designed.Second,the research of sensor information preprocessing technology.The influence of the non-linearity of the optical fiber gyroscope scaling factor on the positioning accuracy was studied in the inertial measurement system,and then the sub-calibration method was designed for the characteristics of low dynamic and post-data processing.Finally,combined with the actual system,the experimental identification method of calibration parameters such as calibration error and zero bias of the measurement system was given.Third,the operation specification design of the real estate industry measurement.Different measurement methods were analysed,such as inertia device parameter calibration,four-position alignment,the measurement process of auxiliary point selection and reverse solution technology,the initial point residence time and the selection method of the stop point in the process were determined by simulation experiment;The technical route of real estate industry measurement and specification for each measurement method were given.In this paper,the real estate measurement system is designed to carry out the work flow of the real estate measurement system,and the information preprocessing technology is carried out.A variety of field measurement techniques are analyzed.The research shows that the segmentation calibration technology for real estate measurement is effective,the field measurement technology provide technical basis for the measurement process,on the basis,operational specifications for real estate can be compiled.
