Drought is one of the major abiotic stresses that restrict the growth and yield of rice. The effect of drought stress on rice can not be ignored.?-aminobutyric acid(?-aminobutyric acid)is a kind of non-protein amino acid, which exists widely in plants and plays an important role in the stress response of plants.Spraying exogenous gaba with appropriate amount can improve the resistance of rice to stress and is beneficial to the stable yield of rice. This test is to japonica rice in cold region farmers in 425 and japonica 6 as the experimental material, using different concentration of GABA foliar spraying method, the research on the cold booting stage under drought stress were the exogenous GABA japonica rice in cold region nitrogen metabolism and the control effect of the yield formation, sought to determine the optimum of exogenous GABA under drought stress concentration, for cold under drought stress were japonica reviewed.it is planting technology provides the theoretical basis and technical support. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Loose japonica 6 and farmers 425 function leaf nitrate reductase(NR),glutamine synthetase(GS),glutamate synthetase(incorporated),aspertate aminotransferase(GOT),cereal third transaminase(GPT)activity changes show unimodal curve, glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH)activity in the change trend of high-low-high-low.Under drought stress at booting stage,The activity of functional blade NR,GS,GOGAT,GOT,GPT decreased significantly, and the activity of GDH was significantly increased, and there were differences between the two varieties.Within a certain range, with the increase of concentration of GABA,GDH activity decreased, and the rest of the key enzymes activities of nitrogen metabolism, pine japonica 6 and farmers in 425 respectively in tendency tendency for 1 L and 0.5 L key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism of GABA processing compared with no significant difference.2.The activity of GS and GOGAT was gradually decreasing, and the activity of GDH,GOT and GPT showed a trend of single peak curve in seeds of Songjing 6 and Dongnong 425.Under the drought stress, the activity of GPT and GPT decreased significantly, and the activity of GS,GOGAT and GDH increased significantly, and the two varieties were different.Within a certain range, with the increase of concentration of GABA,GDH activity decreased, and the rest of the key enzymes activities of nitrogen metabolism, pine japonica 6 and farmers in 425 respectively in tendency tendency for 1 L and 0.5 L GS,incorporated under the GABA processing of activity is significantly higher than control, the nitrogen metabolism enzyme activity and the difference was not significant.Japonica 6 and dongong 425 function blade soluble protein content show one-peak curve variation trend. The content of soluble protein in functional leaves increased significantly under drought stress at the stage of booting stage, and the growth rate of songjing 6 was smaller than that of dongnong 425.Within a certain range, with the increase of concentration of GABA,soluble protein content decreased, the pine japonica 6 and farmers in 425 respectively in tendency for 1 mmol/L and 0.5 mmol/L processing under the soluble protein content is the lowest,no significant difference compared with the controls.3.Under the drought stress of booting stage,The amount of nitrogen accumulation and the amount of nitrogen in the stem sheath and leaves of the songjing 6 and dongnong 425 were significantly decreased, and the contribution rate was significantly lower than that of dongnong 425.Within a certain range, with the increase of concentration of GABA,each organ and stem sheath, leaf nitrogen accumulation in nitrogen amount operation, higher operation rate and contribution rate, pine japonica 6 and 425 farmers to the east in tendency for 1 mmol/L respectively and the amounts of accumulated nitrogen tendency for 0.5 mmol/L each organ and stem sheath, leaf nitrogen amount operation, operation rate, the highest contribution rate,no significant difference compared with the controls.4.The content of GABA content and the activity of glutamate decarboxylase(GAD)in the function leaves of songjing 6 and dongnong 425 showed a single peak curve, while the activity of GABA and GAD in the seeds was decreasing.Compared with the control, the content of GABA in the functional leaves and the endogenous sources of the seeds and the increase of GAD activity were increased in the stage of the drought stress in the stage of booting stage, and the growth rate of pine japonica 6 was smaller than that of dongnong 425.Within a certain range, with the increase of concentration of GABA,endogenous GABA content and activities of GAD,pine japonica 6 and the eastern farmers 425 respectively in 1mmol/Ltendency and tendency for 0.5 mmol/L endogenous GABA and GAD activity is highest, and significantly higher than control.5.The dry matter accumulation, transshipment, transshipment rate and yield of Japonica rice in cold region were significantly reduced in drought stress at booting stage, but the contribution rate of stem and leaf dry matter was significantly increased, and the decrease in yield was mainly due to the decrease in grain number and seed yield per spike, and the yield of pine japonica 6 was greater than that of dongnong 425.Spraying exogenous GABA increase dry matter accumulation, transfer capacity, transport rate and yield, lower contribution rate of dry matter, pine japonica 6 and the eastern farmers 425 respectively in 1mmol/L tendency and tendency for 0.5 mmol/L treatment under the highest output, and significant difference was found in contrast, comparison of 76.32% and 83.45% respectively.
