In recent years,as China's rapid socio-economic development and offshore wind power and other marine development and utilization continues to deepen,cross-sea transmission network to a higher voltage level to the coastal and adjacent islands extending coverage,submarine cable applications more widely.As the marine environment is bad,the operation of submarine cables by the long-term erosion of seawater,marine operations,such as the impact of ship damage,failures have occurred,seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the sea power grid.The traditional monitoring methods can not be found in time,early warning of submarine cable,did not achieve the desired effect of security precautions.Based on the optical fiber resources of China's first domestic 110kV opto-electric composite submarine cable,the State Grid Fujian Electric Power Company has made remarkable achievements in the research on the integrated monitoring system of opto-electric composite submarine cable.To solve the problem and weakness appeared after along time operation of the integrated monitoring system,this thesis carries out the research on the ship anchoring monitoring in order to avoid damaging and impacting on the opto-electric composite submarine cable.Firstly,the structure and key technologies of the existing integrated monitoring system of opto-electric composite submarine cable are described,the shortcomings of the monitoring system are analyzed.Secondly,based on the existing integrated monitoring system,the thesis puts forward the design of the monitoring system of ship anchor damage of the opto-electric composite submarine cable,in order to improve the ship anchor damage monitoring function of the integrated monitoring system.The design includes four parts:the design of ship monitoring based on photo-electronic integration radar combined with AIS under heavy fog and other abnormal weather conditions and night circumstances;The design of submarine cable disturbance monitoring based on optical fiber sensing technology to perform real time ship monitoring;The design of independent monitoring of temperature and strain with high resolution by the combination of DTS and BOTDR;The design of voice and light complementary device for expelling of ship in the sea for early warning of anchor damage to the submarine cable.At last,based on the real sea circumstance,the thesis carries out the research on the construction of monitoring system of ship anchoring damage to the photoelectric composite submarine cable.The ship monitoring system based on photo-electronic integration radar combined with AIS is constructed,submarine cable disturbance monitoring system based on optical fiber sensing technology is constructed,independent temperature and strain monitoring system by the combination of DTS and BOTDR is constructed,voice and light compleexpelling of ship in the sea is constructed.Some testings are also performed.The mentary device for thesis carry out the research in a deep-going way on the monitoring of ship anchor damage to the photoelectric composite submarine cable,to improve the ship anchor damage monitoring functions of the integrated monitoring system,the research is of great important for depressing illegal anchoring on the submarine cable sea area,minimizing the damage to the submarine cables,maintaining social harmony and stability,and showing remarkable economic and social benefits.
