Marine microorganism has been to become a significant source of novel and bioactive secondary metabolites in recent years.Marine microorganism natural products with broad spectra of bioactivities such as anti-tumor,antibiotic,antivirus,anti-oxidation,have a high status in the pharmaceutical industry. In this thesis,we choose two mangrove soil fungi(Eutypella sp.1-13?Chaetomium sp.0227-13-3)and one seaweed intergrouth fungus(Aspergillus sp.ZbL-14)as study objects, elucidated their secondary metabolites,43 compounds include 14 new compounds have been isolated from those three fungi.Mangrove soil fungus Eutypella sp.1-13 cultured in rice medium with 10%salt,10 compounds include 7 new comcounds have been isolated from this fungus. The type of compounds include sesquiterpene lactone, sesquiterpenes, ergosterol, fatty acids, cerebrosides.Seaweed intergrouth fungus Aspergillus sp.ZbL-14 cultured in rice medium,17 compounds include 3 new comcounds have been isolated from this fungus. The type of compounds include lactone, polyketids, alkaloids, diphenyl ethers, benzoic acid derivatives, fatty acids, tetracyclopolyketone sesquiterpenes.Mangrove soil fungus Chaetomium sp.0227-13-3 cultured in PDA,16 compounds include 4 new comcounds have been isolated from this fungus. The type of compounds include indole-diterpenoids,macrolides,fatty acids, cyclic peptides, polyketids, naphthoquinone and diketopiperazine. All of the new compounds were investigated with filter paper method,MTT method and TLC method to test biological activities. The results indicated that part of new compounds showed antibacterial activity and anti-oxidation activity.
