Research On Path Optimization Based On GPS Information Of Taxi

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles,the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more obvious.It is an important method to use the reasonable navigation to provide the best path for the vehicle.The research on the urban problem by using the GPS(Global Positioning System)data has become a hot spot.Based on a week's GPS data of Beijing taxi,this paper analyses the regular of taxi driving,and then studies the factors that affect the taxi's route choice,finally provides a reference for the optimization of the route.The main contents are as follows:(1)Storage and analyze the structure of floating point data of taxi in Beijing City,achieve visualization of GPS point information.Through the analysis of the driving characteristics of taxi,understand operation characteristics such as the time distribution of taxi driving,the time distribution of taxi's pick-up and get-off events,the spatial distribution of taxi's pick-up and get-off points,the route distribution in taxi's unloaded state,the route distribution in taxi's overloaded state,so as to grasp the operation regular of taxi in Beijing.(2)Calculate the road patency of the study area according to the GPS information of taxi in overloaded state,and study the taxi route in overloaded state,then compare the shortest path route and actual route to find differences,so as to judge foundation of the taxi's route choice.(3)Study the factors that affect the taxi route,and calculate the weight of each factor,finally establish the expected speed model of road according to the weight.(4)Optimize the method of path calculation,establish the traffic navigation tool according to the expected speed model of road,and use this tool to verify the accuracy of the optimized path calculation method and the expected speed model of road.By analyzing the influence factors of road selection and optimizing path calculation method,this study provides a method of using the GPS data to study driving characteristics,to judge factors that affects road speed and to solve dynamic traffic problems in reality.
