An optical soliton is a wave packet which can stably propagate in nonlinear medium,and it has great value of application in optical fiber communication.Meanwhile,nonlinear effects caused by optical solitons can generate waveguides in nonlinear medium,which can be used to capture electromagnetic wave.In recent years,Airy beams,because of its non-diffracting,lateral acceleration and self-healing properties,has become a hot research object.Airy beams have potential value in optical practical applications,such as optical particle manipulation,light bullets,plasma channel generation,electronic acceleration.Based on soliton trapping and lateral acceleration characteristic of Airy beams,this paper studied the impact of soliton trapping on Airy pulses during propagation,as well as lateral acceleration of Airy pulses on propagation of solitons.The main work of this study are as follows:Firstly,we studied that the soliton can capture the Airy pulse through the nonlinear interactions,and systematically analysised the cyclical evolution of captured soliton.The results show:central position of captured soliton is cyclical oscillation,and amplitude of oscillation is related to the time position of pump solitons and truncated coefficient of Airy pulses,but the cycle of oscillation is invariable.By analyzing waveform of captured solitons,we found that cyclical evolution of captured solitons is caused by asymmetry of the pulse,and by changing the time position of pump solitons can control the asymmetric waveform;In addition,the lateral acceleration feature of Airy pulses is not completely destroyed by nonlinear effects of solitons,the remaining Airy pulses can continually lateral accelerate.Secondly,the effect of the Airy pulse characteristics of lateral acceleration on the propagation of solitons and self-phase modulation of Airy pulses on the propagation of captured solitons are studied.The research results show:part of the energy of solitons can be captured by Airy pulses,and the energy of captured pulses increases with the increasing intensity of Airy pulses;The captured pulses have lateral acceleration characteristics of Airy pulses,but it would eventually be lost due to dispersion;Furthermore,self-phase modulation of Airy pulses would make a fixed time offset of captured solitons,but it can improve the oscillation characteristics of captured solitons.
