Natural products isolated from microbial secondary metabolites play an impor--tant role in research and development of new drugs in all countries.With the large number of studies on Streptomyces,probability of new compounds obtained from Streptomyces has reduced year by year.View the current status of research,rare actinomycetes isolated from special eco-environmet have immeasurable effect on the discovery of new drugs.So,it is significant that we study the secondary metabolites of rare actinomycetes from special eco-environmet.In the thesis,liquid partition,RP-18,TLC,NMR,MS were used in three rare actinomycetes from special eco-environmet.And twenty-eight compounds were isolated which contained five new compounds.Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from plant rhizosphere actinomycete Actinomadura sp.YN-10-4,which cultured on SYP solid medium,including one furancarboxylic acid derivative(AY-2-2),one octanediol derivative(AY-3-1),two cyclic dipeptides(AY-3-2,AY-3-3),one glycoside derivative(AY-3-4),one chromone derivative(AY-6-1),three sesquiterenes(AY-6-2,AY-6-3,AY-6-4),one cyclic depsipeptide named Verucopeptin(AY-9-1),one heptadecanoic acid derivative(AY-10-1),one pyridinecarboxylic acid(AY-13-1)Four compounds were isolated and identified from plant rhizosphere actinomyc--ete Nonomuraea sp.YN-8-12,which cultured on YMG solid medium,including one pyranoid lactone derivative(BY-2-3),one pyran derivative(BY-2-10),one indole derivative(BY-4-1),one benzenedicarboxylic acid(BY-7-1).Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from marine actinomycete Actinomadura sp.5-15,which cultured on YMG solid medium,including one pyranoid lactone derivative(5-15-4),one tetracyclic diterpenoid(5-15-5),one benzoic acid(5-15-8),two chromone derivatives(5-15-13,5-15-23),one benzenedicarboxylic acid(5-15-15),one pyrrolecarboxylic acid(5-15-24),one furancarboxliylic acid(5-15-27),one sesquiterpene(5-15-28),one sesterterpene(5-15-37),one alkyl amide derivate(5-15-41)and one phenol derivate(5-15-53);as the same time,5-15-4,5-15-5,5-15-8,5-15-37 and 5-15-41 were new compounds.The bioactivities of compounds in vitro were assayed.The results indicated that compound AY-9-1 and compound 5-15-5 showed antioxidative activity,and compound 5-15-41 inhibited the growth of Bacillus subtilis CMCC 63501 and Bacillus pumilus CMCC 63202The results demonstrated that secondary metabolites of rare actinomycetes from special eco-environmet were prolific.
